Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER:

* 1 dozen minimum per order transaction (per style / color / size)
* Customer is required to follow the Sample policy (see below: SAMPLES) if minimum quantity is not met.
* Case pricing is based on 144 pcs. Or more (per style / color / size).

SAMPLES:

* Samples will be sent according to first column sample pricing, unless the order meets the minimum order requirements, see above
* Samples are not refundable or returnable.


SHIPPING:

* Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified.
* Once any merchandise leaves Hat Lab Headwear warehouse Hat Lab Headwear is not responsible for any shipment delays.
* Any additional Drop Shipment locations will be subject to a $6.00 handling fee per location.
* We do not guarantee Same Day Shipping. However, our best efforts will be made to ship the same day.

CLAIM & RETURN POLICY:

* Customer must receive approval for returns and claims within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise
* Hat Lab Headwear DOES NOT take back products once it is decorated
* Returned and claimed goods are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
* We DO NOT issue refunds on returns of imprinted merchandise even if the items are not damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to check any merchandise prior to imprinting.
* No returns on "Close Out" or "Discontinued" items.

RETURNED CHECKS & DELAYED PAYMENTS:

* We no longer accept payments by check.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

* A 50% non-refundable advance deposit will be required on all special orders.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to delivery, unless arrangements have been previously agreed to.
