We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason at all. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hats.
In the event you need to return an item, you must send an email to info@hatlab.com within 7 days of receiving your order for your R.G.A. #. We will ONLY accept authorized return requests via email and within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused and in the original packaging and returned to our office within 14 days. In order to assure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, Hat Lab requires all returns be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Strict adherence to this policy is required or your authorization and/or return will be denied. You will receive a full refund of the cost of your product (excluding shipping) on any returns under $40. On bulk returns over $40, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Buyer to incur return shipping costs. We suggest that you place a small test order for individual hats to verify the product before ordering large quantities. WHOLESALE ORDERS OF 50 UNITS OR MORE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, Checks, Money Orders and ATM Debit Cards. All orders by check or money order will be sent after payment is processed. Delivery Times: Most orders leave our warehouses within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is placed. Our optional Rush Handling of $15.00 will guarantee your order will ship by the next business day (again, excluding weekends and holidays). PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS ONLY FOR RUSH HANDLING, NOT RUSH OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPPING. We now have shipping hubs in the western and eastern United States. This usually means your order will arrive within 2-3 days after it is shipped if THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WITHIN THE CONTINUOS 48 STATES. Canadian orders can take up to 10 additional days because of possible delays in Customs. Occasionally items are out of stock in the warehouse that is closest to your location, and must ship from our other warehouse. This may cause an additional 2 to 3 days delay to your delivery time. Backorders: Occasionally, an item you have selected may be out of stock. We try to maintain a large inventory of every item, but high demand and popularity of some styles can cause temporary shortages. Every effort will be made to notify you of the backorder with a new ship date. Backorders will be shipped within 24 hours of our warehouse receiving new stock from overseas. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you paid for rush handling on an out of stock item, that extra fee will be refunded. In the event your order includes multiple styles and one is out of stock, all in-stock items will be shipped and any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Again, any rush handling charges you opted for will be credited. Shipping: Physical Mailing Address is Required. You must provide a physical address for shipping, as P.O. boxes are not delivered to via UPS! Hat Lab uses UPS Ground for shipping. Our U.S., Canada, and Mexico shipping charges are quite reasonable, and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart feature. For shipping to these countries, you will see the exact shipping charge, and your credit card number is required. For shipping charges to other countries, please contact us before placing your order (please note that UPS shipping to international locations outside of North America may run over $50 and can be as high as $200 to some destinations). We currently do not deliver to APO addresses, as UPS won't deliver there directly. Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to the state of Idaho (6%). If you are a Idaho retailer with your own Utah sales tax number, contact us if you are purchasing wholesale with your reseller number. Rush Orders: Rush handling is available for an $15 surcharge (this is only a rush handling, not shipping).
