Guarantee/Returns We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Rest assured that you can return anything for any reason at all. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hats.

In the event you need to return an item, you must send an email to info@hatlab.com within 7 days of receiving your order for your R.M.A. #. We will ONLY accept authorized return requests via email and within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused and in the original packaging and returned to our office within 14 calendar days. In order to assure prompt and efficient handling of your returns, Hat Lab requires all returns be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Strict adherence to this policy is required or your authorization and/or return will be denied.

You will receive a full refund of the cost of your product (excluding shipping) on any returns under $40. On bulk returns over $40, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Buyer to incur return shipping costs. We suggest that you place a small test order for individual hats to verify the product before ordering large quantities. WHOLESALE ORDERS OF 50 UNITS OR MORE MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
